Wisdom recently represented our client in obtaining a complete victory in the second instance of a pharma litigation. The Court of Second Instance upheld the first-instance judgment and dismissed Bayer's appeal. (Bayer HealthCare LLC v Synmosa Biopharma Corporation, IP Court 2022 Minzhuanshangzi No. 6 Judgment) This case can also be considered a highly classic example when utilizing expert witness testimony as evidence.
